Row 2 of the institute’s table, Input distribution, is a heading with no figures of its own; it introduces rows a to h and is shown as a heading here. Note that the achievement column and the beneficiary column count different things — 564 quintals of seed reached 5,640 farmers, 38 litres of insecticide reached 380, and so on — so the two columns are not expected to match.
